Hibiscus: This flowering herb is an anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that helps regulate blood pressure, blood sugar and reduce vasodilation . A traditional cardiotonic, Hibiscus is known for regulating the blood system, where our inflammation is most acutely expressed.
Marigold (Calendula): An herb traditionally used for eczema, psoriasis and rashing due to it’s anti-inflammatory compounds. Calendula improves inflammation recovery, which can aid the effects of chronic inflammation.
Cinnamon: A delicious herb that has been found to decrease inflammatory markers and oxidative stress. It also can aid poor digestion - a key source of inflammation in Asian medicine.

Calendula Officinalis, Hibiscus Rosa-Sinensis, Cinnamomum Zeylanicum, Centaurea Cyanus
DIRECTIONS
Steep 1 tablespoons in one mug (8 oz) of boiled water (95°C) for 10 minutes*. Drink and enjoy.
